Fed up with watching her son destroy his life, Chase's mom relocates him to live in a small ranching community with his ex-military grandfather. Chase is far from happy about the situation until he meets, Nikki, the cute cheerleader who won't give football players like him the time of day.

Chase enjoys a good challenge though and sets out to claim Nikki for his own. He soon discovers she's more than a pretty face--she's a balm to his troubled spirit also. But when tragedy strikes Nikki's life too, suddenly Chase finds himself put to the ultimate test. Can he trust Nikki, and all that she's taught him? Will it be enough?

Top Ten Reasons To Read Trinity by Deena Remiel

To help celebrate TRINITY's ONE YEAR anniversary ... I thought I should remind you all about the TOP TEN reasons why you should read this amazing book. This post was created last year and is still TRUE today!!! Also head on over to Deena's blog today for fun giveaways!!

So you all know me... I'm all about the swoon so it goes without saying, when I come across a book that is FULL of them, I'm going to share *grins* You'd think there's only one kind of swoon, but there's more and Trinity by Deena Remiel has quite a few of my favorite kind - the ones where you NEVER see it coming. Oh you expect it, you know they're there but you're never prepared for them. All through this book, my favorite saying was "Gosh Deena, you're killing me!" I had to stop alot through reading, to remind myself that breathing was essential. I'm a sucker for romance and I loved how I felt reading this book SO I thought I'd share my TOP TEN teasers from this book to see if I can get you swooning too.

"Make it go away, Michael," she whimpered, and her breath caught. "Can you make the terror go away?"
"With eyes like yours, looking at me that way, I would make the world go away if you asked"
He reached for her, and in one swift motion, cradled her in his arms.

"He drew her head back ever so gently with one hand and stroked her lips with the other. His eyes consumed her, and the mutual longing could no longer be denied. Slowly he bent his head down and his lips grazed hers, soft and gentle as a whisper. As they came together, tiny sparks shot off in all directions, and an aura of rainbow colors formed a protective barrier around them. Unaware of anything but how wonderful Michael's lips felt against hers, Emma leaned aggressively into the kiss. He retaliated by teasing hers open with his tongue. She let out a hungry groan. "

"Michael dared to think upon his wife from centuries ago now, Beth. She'd been mortal, and he'd seen that as perfection. Her life was so... normal, and he craved that after living alone for centuries. But being mortal turned out to be her fatal flaw. And loving her had turned out to be his."

"He was having second thoughts. could he really afford to let himself feel again?" He had already tasted and sampled. Could that be enough? Should that be enough? Or was that immaterial? Emma had stirred a strong craving within him. The moment he'd first met her, the attraction had gripped him, but he'd learned to ignore it over the years. The taste was now a compulsion not to be denied."

"Hello, gentlemen. Won't you come in? We've been expecting you?"
Massive walls of hardened flesh stood at attention by her doorway. Emma waved them in and quickly stepped back to allow them entry. One of the Brethren spoke first.

"He sensed Emma's presence behind him and he turned. His breath caught as he watched her walk resolutely down the stair, closing the distance between them. Her eyes fixed firmly on his. He could only imagine what she saw in them. Pain maybe, anguish and guilt, for certain. In hers, he saw redemption"

"So, can I get you a cup of coffee or something?" Emma finally asked, her voice near breathless from the deafening silence that had grown between them..
"Or something." Michael replied, as he gathered her up in an embrace that took the rest of her breath away. His eyes hypnotized her with their deep oceans of blue and gold. And then, he kissed her. Oh, so gently at first, nibbling at her bottom lips, masterfully parting her lips so he could enter and taste her. Then he slowly raised the temperatire to blistering."

"Michael brought her face up to meet his and ravaged her mouth with a kiss so deadly Emma thought she might never recover. As he eased back, he ripped off her shirt."

"God knows, I love you, Emma." He placed a light kiss on her temple and whispered against her ear. "I've never known before the rapture a simple touch could bring or the joy of sharing all that I am with another whose heart is kind and true. You've brought these gifts to me. You've awakened the man inside the angel."

"He took her hand into his and raised it to his lips. As  he pressed them into his palm, his gaze pierced through to her soul. "I'm ready for our destiny, Emma. Are you?"

Forget Me Not - Release Update!

A date has finally been set for the release of the second NOVEL length book in the Mystic Wolves series, Forget Me Not. I know there's been some confusion, but thankfully everything is back on track (phew, what a start to the year!) and I'm REALLY excited to share this will everyone. I have loved the whole process with writing this next installment, and I'm not going to lie ... it's my favorite! So when's the release date?

March 20th, 2012

To give you a little teaser, and get you excited, here's a sneak as the opening paragraphs ...

“Excuse me?”
To have her stand there and blatantly make claim to my mate, was nothing short of a death wish in the eyes of my wolf, and as she rose to the surface, I wasn’t going to stop her.
I growled and stepped forward, ready to go to war for the man I loved. I didn’t care about whatever excuse she’d give for invading our lives with her false presumptions—I was pissed. I could feel the change happening, and I smiled. Judging from the way she blanched, my fangs must have shown.
“Darcy, stop.” Mason’s voice broke through my anger, and luckily for him, he’d moved away from the woman. “This is Amber, and it’s not what it seems.”
“Who is this, Mason? And why does she think she has a hold over you?” The syrupy sweetness of her voice set my teeth on edge, and I launched myself at her.

For those of you new to the Mystic Wolves series, earlier this year I took my smaller novelette/novella installments of Without Mercy, Cherished, and Blood Oath, and combined them into one volume...

I made the decision to turn the entire series from smaller parts into novels, and it's part of the reason why releasing Forget Me Not has taken longer. As an FYI - the novels aren't stand alones, each book will pick up directly where the last one left off so if you haven't read The Mystic Wolves yet, here's you chance to. Follow the link to Amazon, and grab yourself a copy :D

Thank you for all your support!!! 2012 is going to be an AMAZING year!!!
