A Warrior's Witch Blog Tour

Total SQUEE moment here folks! You know you have your favorite authors, then you have your FAVORITE authors and as a romance reader, you don't get any better than Stacey Kennedy. I have ADORED every single one of her books and I'm forever telling her "Stacey, write faster! I need more!" So I'm excited to have her back on my blog for her A Warrior's Witch Tour today - in fact not her, but her characters Talon and Zia *insert swoon* For those not familar with the Otherworld series, you're in for a treat and those who know how amazing the characters are... you can hyperventilate with me! LOL

I guess a good question to start this interview off would be how do you feel about your story being shared with everyone? I've read A Warrior's Witch and loved it! It's not hard to see that you guys make a beautiful couple.

 Talon - I don’t like it.

Zia -*slaps arm* He only says that because he had to share his feelings and we all know Guardians can be. *gives Talon a pointed look* We love that you all got to see into our life and got to share… *Zia blushes* I suppose it’s best I not say or that might spoil things.

What's a typical day for you both like? I know that your duties must be different. How do you fit everything in and still have time for each other?

Zia – Our nights are busy—too busy—but we try to remember that the Otherworld cannot be our only focus. And maybe we’ve learned that even more over the past few nights.

Talon - *grins* We always have time alone before we sleep too.  *Zia offers another slap and Talons grin widens*

Has there ever been a time where you wish you could leave everything behind and get away? Does it ever get to be too much?

Talon – Our duty is to the Otherworld and the Earthworld—that is our life.

*Zia shrugs* I’d be lying if I didn’t say it’d be nice to step away and have some peace.

I'd really love to get a little more insight into you both. Zia - what would something you don't think people know about Talon that would would show the great man that he is? Something endearing.

*Zia smiles at Talon* He is a softy! Everyone might think he is tough, but deep down, the man is all mush. *Talon scowls* But just don’t tell anyone that, we wouldn’t want word to get out about the real him.

What about you Talon? I see the way that you watch Zia, what pulls you to her? What insight could you offer?

Talon – She has a kind soul. Her thoughts do not revolve around herself, and even when she could bring hell on Earth with her magic, she never abuses her powers. If anything, she hides her ability to conjure impressive magic to allow others to shine.

What goes through your mind Talon, each time you and Zia go out on a call together? How does it feel that she's going into possible danger? You too, Zia? Has there ever been a time you've been scared?

Talon – I’ve never been worried. As I said, Zia is a powerful witch, and is able to handle herself, but the past nights have shown me that no-one is ever safe. I will be sure to not forget that fact.

Zia- It’s not often I’m afraid. The Council’s guard is skilled and most times, I do not fear anyone will be in danger. But times are changing, more danger is around us, so we must always be on guard.

What would you say the secret is to keeping your relationship and love strong?

Talon – I don’t think that is appropriate to discuss—

*Zia smiles* Passion

Okay one last question to you both before I let you get back to the Otherworld. Can both of you share an experience you've had where you just KNEW that you were meant to be with each other. One that isn't too personal to share.

Zia – We knew…

*Talon winks* - From the moment we saw each other.

*insert swoon* You guys are just so cute together. Thank you so much for coming by today *Smiles* Hey and next time you see Valor? Give him a message that I'd love for him to drop by sometime...

So there you have it. Talon and Zia are such a power couple so don't miss out on getting to know them and reading their story... And then once you're done, start from the beginning. Other stories in the Otherworld series include Nexi and Kyden's (The Magical Sword series), Rynn and Briggs (Blue Blood series) and the recent release of Sabi and Ryker's (Dark Element series)

A Warrior's Witch
Stacey Kennedy
Paranormal Romance

Murder has brought Talon, Master of Guardians, as well as Zia, his witch and Master of Witches, to Chicago. The manner of death appears to be a suicide, but Talon is far from ready to close the case. To avenge the Guardian linked to his past, he agrees to take on the assignment, and find her killer.

As they dive deeper into the investigation, they find themselves entering a world where BDSM is the norm. A lifestyle that Zia is uncomfortable with and, rattled by this new development, she is more than ready to return to the Otherworld. But their investigation quickly takes an unexpected twist when they discover that they’re not only hunting a killer but also someone who is controlling supernaturals in Chicago.

Their mission not only brings danger, but also forces Talon to deal with decades old guilt that corrodes his soul. Every event that unfolds only deepens his fight and pushes him to face an ultimate choice—what is more important—his duty to the Otherworld or the witch he holds closest to his heart?

I LOVE character interviews... it's a chance to play and have fun. I'm already thinking if I can convince Stacey to let her other characters come play with me.

Have you guys read the book yet? SOOO GOOD!
