Grab your current read and open to a random page. Share a couple of “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page. BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn't give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!) Share the title and author, too, so that other Teaser Tuesday participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teaser.
"Walk me under the steps and make as if we're kissing."
Not daring to glance up, Hob carried Captain Wolf's wife to the embrasure beneath the steps, his spine rigid as she bounced softly against him, her fingers wrapped about his neck in a most intimate manner, her cheek pressed to the rough hairs of his beard, and he knew for sure that when - if they ever survived this, he was a dead man."
O.M.G.S.H - Count it everyone ... TWO SENTENCES!! Thought I'd follow the rules at least once this year LOL Rest assured, I'll be back to my "more than 2 sentence" self next week *wink*

Nice one! It is very hard to stick to 2 sentences. And these past two weeks I have been doing at least 3 teasers ranging from 2-4 sentences!
Including this week! :)
Here's my teaser
That last sentence is really long :D This book sounds interesting.
Here's myTeaser Tuesday if you'd like to check it out.
Brush Up On Your Reading
Ooooh this is intriguing!
Finding two decent length sentences, that portray something of the story, without giving too much away, is always a challenge.
But hey! rules were made to be broken once in a while.
Your book is definitely already on my list, my kind of read for sure.
My next book to be read, is also a Scottish romantic saga, so that will be nect week's post for me.
Happy New Year.
Yvonne
Wow! I almost always have 3 or 4 sentences instead of 2. Finding the right 2 sentences so that it makes some sense and sounds intriguing is such a challenge.
I'll have to check your book out. It sounds very interesting.
I like this! BTW, I seldom stick to rules while posting teasers!
Very interesting! My teaser is definitely longer than two sentences, but I had to include the rest of it so it would have the impact I wanted. You can find it here:

Have a great one!

The Enchanted Book
Great teaser, thanks for sharing :) Sounds like he might just like her a bit more than he should.
Great teaser! And it is hard to limit it to just the two sentences.
Yes, we AIM for two, but sometimes we can't help but follow the thoughts. Thanks for sharing.

Great teaser! Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Great TT! I have to agree that it is extremely difficult to stick to just 2 sentences. Sometimes, you just have to go for more! :-)
Wakela's World - Tuesday Teaser
I think this is my first time to ever just do the two sentences and it was a complete accident as well. Has to happen sometime right? LOL
Two sentences works. More than that would be redundant.

Great teaser! This sounds good.
Wonderful Teaser. I want to know what will happen. Another one for the growing TRB list.
Oooh! This is a really good teaser! Makes me want to read it now! And I don't think it matters how long a teaser is. I say if it take 10 sentences to share your teaser than take 10, but you already know all of that because your teasers are always the BEST!
Here is my teaser from Nature's Secret Messages: Hidden in Plain Sight by Elaine Wilkes (Page 3):
"We lie in the lap of immense intelligence." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Stop. Look. Listen. My kindergarten teacher taught me that. I remember carefully lining up the tips of my patent-leather shoes exactly at the edge of the curb and stopping–then carefully looking to my right and left, quiet and aware, listening for any clues. Feeling that it was safe to proceed, I'd grasp my classmate's hand, jump off the curb, and happily venture into unknown territories on the other side of the street.
Now I barely glance from side to side as I hurry on my way.
What happened? Where did that wide-open feeling of awareness go? In the rush of adulthood, it seems to vanish, but what would happen if we simply stopped, looked and listened…even as busy adults?
As a learning addict, I've hunted for insights through countless books, seminars, experts, masters and more. Eventually, I realized that my kindergarten teacher had it right from the beginning, long before I started my quest. Who knew that she was so profound?
That's one very long sentence! LOL!
Happy New Year,
Zakiya - My teaser this week
The second sentence is very very long! LOL But very interesting.
Mine is here: http://storytreasury.wordpress.com/2010/12/28/readerly-teaser-tuesday-2/

Nothing like that "intimate" contact no matter how innocent! That sounds like someone has the hots for someone else's wife to me, very nice teaser!
jackie >_<
Very interesting teaser!
It's very hard to stick with only 2 sentences!

LMAO! I love it! Great teaser this week. :-)
agreed, too hard to stay with two sentences. Sometimes there is a quote that just hits you and sometimes there is just nothing worth quoting. Hmm... I'm reading a book like that right now. Hence no teaser this week.
