In My Mailbox #15

Mailbox is a neat meme hosted by The Story Siren where we can celebrate some of the great books and treats we've received over the week. It doesn't matter if they were bought, sent through the mail or borrowed. It's a great opportunity to join in on the fun and share some of your "treasures" with everyone!!

This week has been extremely difficult. I learned a hard lesson - NEVER tempt Fate. With Last Sacrifice coming out last Tuesday, I joked around about wanting to stay home "sick" so I could read it all day. Turns out, I did get sick... sick enough that by 1pm I was being admitted into the hospital to have surgery LOL. Yep, Fate couldn't give me the sniffles or a bad case of the runs. Nope, I had another gallbladder attack and as of Wednesday I am 2-3 ounces lighter and minus my gallbladder. Things were really crazy for a few days, things happening that were a little scary but I'm back home now "trying" to rest and going NUTS because my stitches ITCH. Ironic thing? I still haven't read Last Sacrifice *groans* So don't forget - Fate doesn't like to be mocked LOL. Here's the mailbox I had this week.

Need and Last Sacrifice were pretty good- I am so sad the Vampire Academy series is over though! You've got some other great books. I look forward to your review and feel better soon!

Great books!
I haven't read Last Sacrifice either, but that's because I've never read the other books from the series.
Happy readings

I preordered Last Sacrifice and it hasn't come yet! Have been avoiding all reviews for it because I don't want to know about it even if they are spoiler free! I tend to do that with books I know I want to read. I read reviews afterward though!
