Grab your current read and open to a random page. Share a couple of “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page. BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn't give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!) Share the title and author, too, so that other Teaser Tuesday participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teaser.

I was a little unsure what to share this week for my teaser so I did a little thinking. To me a teaser is something that gives a little taste, a little glimpse of what you can expect if you were to have the whole thing. This can be anything at all. So this week I chose two teasers that didn't have a cliffhanger feeling that would leave you asking questions but leave you with a sense of "Oooh I like the feel of that." So here they are...
The first one is from The Ghost Hunter by Lori Brighton. Being the sucker for romance I am, I wanted to share a few lines of something that had me sighing. The teaser involve Ashley and Cristian, who is a very delicious fallen angel. A link for my review is at the end if you're interested.
"What happened to you?" she asked softly, her voice full of emotion, full of empathy and he wanted no part in it. He dropped his sword to the ground with a clang. Before she could escape, he pushed her up against the wall with his body.
"Ye happened to me" His mouth crushed to hers .."
The second one is from In The Company of Vampires by Katie MacAlister. I love a book with a great sense of humor and this book has me laughing so hard that my sides hurt. Three of the characters are ancient Viking warriors who have been sent to help Fran, the main female character. EVERY scene with them in it is HILARIOUS, especially the one that involved an angry wife, a unfaithful husband, a hoe, a dress and a sheep. It was too long to share so here's what I chose.
"What is opera?" Isleif asked......
..."You remember - we saw it on Odin's television. Opera is women singing high enough to suck up your stones right into your body."
"That's not opera," Eirik said with a dismissive gesture. "That's America's Favorite Idol. Odin likes that show," he added to me in an aside"
"Isleif smiled smugly.
"We are experts on women," Eirik said, taking my hand. "You will tell us about this quarrel and we will tell you what you have done wrong."
I read so many amazing books and whenever I find a teaser or quote I keep thinking "Oh I want to share that for my Teaser Tuesday" but there's only so far I can push the sentence limit. So I decided I'll just post them when I find them and I'll share the link with you :)
